Featuring 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you’ll have plenty of room for 6 guests and two pets during your trip to the sunshine state.
Walking into Casa La Raya, the first thing you’ll notice is the incredible waterfront views that truly help bring the beauty of Florida in. You’ll also be treated to cozy, relaxed furnishings and upgrades throughout including the gourmet kitchen, luxurious soaking tub and heated pool.
Casa La Raya’s large lanai feels like a resort retreat, without the resort. This space affords everyone the opportunity to relax and do what they love, from soaking up the sun on the padded lounge chairs to cooking up the perfect steak – the only reason to leave would be for some margarita mix!
Take advantage of the direct gulf access location and boat dock that Casa La Raya offers to create an unforgettable vacation by renting one of our boats – no boating license needed! All our boats are at least 250hp and come with GPS systems, depth and fish finding instruments, a cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio.
If you are unsure of how to best enjoy your boat rental, you can schedule an hour with our captain to learn all about the boat and our waterways.

The Layout
When you open the door, you’ll be greeted with an open floor plan that leads right into the living room with expansive sliders out to the lanai. On the left, you’ll find the master suite, beautifully furnished with a king bed, lounge spot and huge master bath with walk in shower and a gorgeous soaking tub. On the right side of the house you’ll find the additional two guest suites and baths.
Guest suite one, includes a plush king size bed, large smart TV and waterfront views. The second guest suite is outfitted with a comfy queen sized bed, smart TV and large walk-in closet. The full guest bath sits right in between the guest suites, with the half pool bath situated right next to guest suite one.
In the heart of the home, you’ll find the gourmet kitchen, formal and causal dining areas as well as a large laundry room.

The Details
Outdoor Living: Huge sparkling pool and spa that sits right on the water. Dining table for 6 as well as padded lounge chairs. The BBQ grill and boat dock round out this incredible outdoor space.
Kitchen: Upgraded stainless appliances including a french door refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top stove and microwave. You’ll find that it’s stocked with all of your kitchen essentials such as pots, pans and utensils, as well as small appliances like a coffeepot and toaster.
Indoor living: Casa La Raya is equipped with smart TV’s in every room as well as a printer for light office work. You’ll love the bright and airy vibe, breakfast counter and easy care floor.
Amenities: Soft towels and linens, washer & dryer, printer, board games, WiFi, double car garage, beach day accessories and more.
