Villa Rome - price incl. boat! For boaters Villa Rome offers an excellent starting point: You are on the open water in a few seconds. Endless journeys through the canal system; speed limits are therefore not necessary.

The Hurricane Sport boat for 10 persons is included in the price of this villa. Boat handover will be done on the day after the check-in before 12 pm. The boat is equipped with a new Mercury 115 HP engine, GPS system with depth measurement and fishfinder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IS ALLOWED IN FLORIDA WITHOUT A LICENSE !

Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money's worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy. Every boater gets a briefing at the delivery of the house. This briefing is mandatory and costs 150$. Besides the introduction to the boat, you will also get useful tips about the surroundings.

The villa itself is located at the end of a road with no noticeable traffic. There is no more peaceful way to spend your holiday. The yacht club area is characterized by the many new villas along the river and the lovingly designed gardens. Restaurants and shops can be reached with the in-house bicycles as well as on foot. The beach of Cape Coral is only a few minutes walk away.

The holiday villa is equipped with everything your heart desires. Latest music surround speakers are distributed throughout the house. Living room (with TV), kitchen and pool area have the latest surround equipment, which can be used separately. TV with the highest sound quality, can be enjoyed simultaneously while music is playing in the pool area.

Nearly all technical equipment was replaced in 2019. The house has the full Comcast/Xfinity cable TV package.

The pool area is facing west and guarantees sunshine at the pool all day long and fantastic sunsets. The pool area with large swimming pool and whirlpool can be heated separately.

In the kitchen, cooking experts get their money's worth. You don't have to do without anything in your holiday home. You can expect all the comforts of a normal kitchen here. A separate gas grill is of course also available on the terrace. Besides the normal filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine is available as well.

From the open living area, the kitchen and the dining room you have a view and access to the pool area. The villa has 2 separate master bedrooms with large king size beds. Ideal for 2 families, no parents need to miss out on the comfort of the master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has also a queen bed. Additionally there is a sleeping sofa so this house can fit up to 10 travellers.
