The matching boat can be booked as an optional extra to this house and will be handed over by a competent boat driver on your arrival. Boat instructions and appropriate tips will be on site. Our villa was extensively renovated until 2022. All furniture and appliances are new. The kitchen and bathrooms are new. The pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool you can enjoy the fantastic view down the canal. Electrically heated, the pool brings the water at any time of the year to a comfortable temperature that you can choose for yourself.

From the elegant, light-filled living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden (with own mango tree). The glass sliding doors can be completely opened, so that sets a great interior-exterior feeling. A large BBQ grill is available for our guest as well

In addition to the large master bedroom with tv and king size bed and walk-in closet, you have queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower. From the guest bathroom with shower you have direct pool access.

From the bright and open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave they have fantastic pool and canal views.

Furthermore, there is free high speed WiFi throughout the house.
