This charming and recently remodeled mid-century modern home is the perfect Southwest Florida getaway for you and your loved ones!
First and foremost, if you are after a great location Villa Cobalt Caye is ideal, offering the best of both worlds for those who want to explore by boat or car. By boat, you'll be just 5 minutes away from the river and only 40 minutes from the glittering Gulf of Mexico, where you can fish, explore and island hop until the sun sets into the horizon. If getting there by car is more your speed, 15-20 minutes is all it will take to sink your toes into our famous powder white sand.
There’s plenty more to this rental than just its proximity to the Gulf. Inside, you'll find a spacious and inviting retreat, complete with fresh, beachy décor, ample natural light and all the charm of the city’s original homes. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home will easily fit your family of 6, leaving plenty of room for everyone to find their own favorite spot to relax.
Open the sliders and live a true Florida lifestyle by bringing the outdoors in. Villa Cobalt Caye has a wonderful screened-in lanai and family sized pool. Make the most of your stay and take advantage of the incredible indoor-outdoor Florida lifestyle in the privacy of your backyard. Relax on the loungers, gather around the table for a barbecue, or simply float the day away in the pristine pool.
Past the lanai and onto the dock, you'll be greeted by a fantastic spot to enjoy your favorite drinks under the shade of a grass tiki – an unbeatable way to end the day.
By staying in Villa Cobalt Caye, you’ll have the convenience of renting a boat during your stay and having it delivered right to the dock. If you aren’t a seasoned boater, we offer one-on-one coaching with our Captain to get you familiar with operating a vessel. And don’t worry, in Florida there is no license needed to operate a boat, making it easy as pie to plan some waterside adventures.
Location, charm and value await you and your guests at Villa Cobalt Caye.
