When you rent a boat from our partner, we make sure the boat will be delivered to your vacation rental. Additionally, you can book a boat instruction.
This option is especially suited for unexperienced captains. During the optional boat instruction, our boat manager will give you all information needed to drive a boat safely through the waters around Cape Coral. He will also give you tips on where to go. He might even give away his secret fishing hotspots.

All guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement prior to arrival that goes over the dos and don’ts for your stay. Please keep an eye on your inbox or spam folder for this, as it’s an important step in the booking process.

Electricity consumption is charged at a rate of $0.19 per kWh with most households averaging about 500 kWh per week with moderate pool heater and a/c usage. We charge for electricity because that means we can offer you lower nightly rates as well as minimize the wear and tear on our equipment – it’s a win-win for everyone.

Any energy consumption fees will be taken care of after your stay, via your security deposit or separate invoice.

We understand that most travel days are rough and because of this, we provide some essentials for a smooth check-in experience. Along with a few cold drinks, you’ll find your home ready to go with enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher tabs to get you through your first couple days.
