Villa Avalon is a newly built vacation villa is located in the best location of Cape Coral. It impresses with a great room layout and large, bright rooms.

It is one of the best and most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral. You can find peace on the wonderful canal or with the kayaks on the canal. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children.

Our villa has just been completed. All furniture and appliances are new. The pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool you can enjoy the fantastic view down the canal. The orientation guarantees sun all day on the pool deck. Nevertheless, the generously covered terrace area offers enough shade if you want it. Heated, the pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature in every season of the year, which you can determine yourself. An outdoor shower is one of the amenities of this house, as is a large BBQ grill.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 65 "TV) you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal down and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, so that a great inside-outside feeling is created.

In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with king size bed and walk-in closet, there are 3 further bedrooms with queen size beds. All rooms have Comcast cable television.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower. From the guest toilet with shower you have direct pool access.

Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 have their own bathroom with shower.

From the bright and open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave you have a fantastic view of the pool and canal. In addition to the common filter coffee machine, you have a Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal.

There is direct access to the pool from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest toilet.

Furthermore, high-speed WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house.
