Renter Requirements
All boat renters must be 25 years or older with valid government-issued identification. Previous boating experience required—renters must demonstrate basic boat handling competency. Florida Boating Safety Education ID required for operators born after January 1, 1988. First-time boaters can inquire about our optional captain services for guided experiences.
What's Included
Every rental includes safety equipment (life jackets for all passengers, fire extinguisher, sound signaling device, navigation lights), full fuel tank, detailed area charts showing no-wake zones and navigation markers, VHF radio, and comprehensive instruction on vessel operation and local waterway regulations.

Cancellation Policy
Weather-related cancellations determined by management receive full refund or rescheduling option. Customer cancellations made 72+ hours before reservation receive full refund minus $50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. We monitor weather conditions continuously and will proactively contact you if conditions warrant cancellation.
