It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas in Cape Coral. The port at Tarpon Point is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park with it´s large playground is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, which are also illuminated in the evening.
The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The only traffic in this street will be by neighbors.
The boat location of this house is fantastic. It not only offers fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area. The boat can be booked with the house. All our boats have powerful engines (at least 200HP), GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!
Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money's worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy. Anyone driving the boat will receive a briefing on arrival.
