The Hurricane sport boat for 10 people is included in the price of this villa. Boat handover will be done on the day after the check-in before 12 pm. The boat has a new Yamaha 150HP engine, GPS system with depth measurement and fish finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE!

Every boat driver receives a boat instruction when the house is handed over. This boat briefing is mandatory and costs $ 150. The villa itself is at the end of a street with no noticeable traffic. There is no quieter vacation.
